Monique Magni: Monique is daring, edgy, and captivating. The adopted daughter of Modus Magni, she holds a position of leadership within the Wibetani Militia. After the death of Reeva, Monique’s mother and Modus’s partner, Modus took in the preteen and treated her like his own daughter. Modus sees the organization he created as his family, and so the Wibetani became Monique’s family as well. Like most in their mid-twenties, she believes she is invincible, which makes her prone to taking unnecessary risks during missions, and when conducting fieldwork. But without risk there, there is no reward—and the Wibetani Militia values strength. As a “Runner” in the Wibetani Ranks, she is tasked with delegating tasks to the Wibetani’s many members. She is also involved in high priority jobs and has the ability to involve “Klipper” and “Recruit” ranks beneath her as she sees fit. As bold as she is, and as clever as she may be, she is equally subordinate, and known to break protocol. She is a doer, not a talker. Her confidence in her own abilities leads her to take on more responsibilities than she should at times.
